Where we deliver

We deliver within South Africa via courier. We do not offer collection/pick-up at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery timeframes

Delivery time depends on your location:

• Major cities: typically 2–5 business days
• Regional / outlying areas: typically 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: may take longer

Local delivery timeframes will be confirmed at checkout or via message where needed.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. The final delivery fee will always be shown before you pay.

Tracking

If your order ships via courier, we’ll send tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Address details

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct (including unit number, suburb, and postal code). If a courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or access issues, re-delivery fees may apply.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the parcel and item(s)

We will assist you with the next steps.
